Miriam “Mimi” Wiebe Crehan, 73, of Wilsonville, Oregon, passed away on March 14, 2015, at home, under the care of hospice. She spent her last day surrounded by her loving family. She was born Feb. 9, 1942, in Aberdeen. After graduating from Aberdeen High School she continued her education at Bethel College, Kansas. She will be remembered as an excellent classical pianist.
Miriam is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Stella Wiebe. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gary Crehan of Wilsonville, Oregon; two children, Monica Christensen of Wilsonville and Andrea (Carl) Johnson of Tigard, Oregon, and four grandchildren, Chloe Christensen, Brittney Johnson, Chase Johnson, and Nate Christensen; a sister, Sharon (Wayne) Stucky of North Newton, Kansas and a brother, Paul (Elly) Wiebe of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Miriam was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. It is hard to say goodbye to such a devoted and caring person. She will be missed terribly. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
