AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ABERDEEN, IDAHO, VACATING ALLEYWAYS IN BLOCK 104; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ABERDEEN, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property hereby is vacated:
The entire City alleyways in Block 104
SECTION 2: That said vacated property shall revert to the adjacent property owner(s), to be divided down the middle of the vacated property with each owner on either side of the vacated property receiving that part of the vacated property that lies adjacent to his current property, pursuant to Idaho Code ยง50-311.
SECTION 3: Any right of way, easements and franchise rights of any lot owner or public utility, if any, shall not be impaired by this vacation.
SECTION 4: That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be after passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council this 9th day of July, 2019.
