Fair housing resolution adopted by city council

The Aberdeen City Council approved a Fair Housing Resolution #214,
Title 8, under the Federal Housing law.
The council adopted it for the city of
Aberdeen. Apparently the State of Idaho does not have a fair housing law.
Anyone advertising for rental housing
cannot deny someone based on race,
sex, religion or other discrimination
factors. All council members were present to vote on the measure.
Monthly bills totaling $231,110.94
were approved to be paid.
