Ana Maria DeLeon, 70, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 at Gateway Transitional Care Center. She was born in Laredo, Texas on Feb. 3, 1944 to Rufino and Julia Granado. She married the love of her life, Santos DeLeon. Shortly after they got married they moved to Idaho where they made their home and where their children were born.
Ana Maria worked for Simplot’s for over 30 years.
She is survived by her children Gilberto (Carmelita) Deleon of Laredo, Texas, Sergio (Ana) of Pocatello, and Jerardo (Gina) of American Falls, Idaho. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grand daughter.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Rufino and Julia Granado; her husband, Santos DeLeon; her son, Sonny Santos Deleon; her daughter, Angelita DeLeon; her brothers Rufino Jr. and Jeziel Granado and her sister Martha Munoz.

A viewing will be held Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. prior to a 6:30 p.m. Rosary at Sr. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015 with a viewing held prior to the Mass from 9-9:45 a.m. Interment will follow the Mass in Falls View Cemetery.
